Installation of the second floor walls are now complete and our site crew will be starting to lift our prefabricated roof cassettes into position.
At Hailsham the roof cassettes are factory lined with SIGA Wetgaurd 200SA vapour control layer, this optional extra provides additional protection against the British weather until the roofing contractor can complete their works.
The SIGA Wetgaurd membrane is a self-adhesive product which is compatible with a number of the main roofing systems such as Bauder & Danosa meaning their is no impact on the warranty of the roofing system but the main contractor can be comfortable in the knowledge that the building is protected from the elements whilst the roofing works are carried out.
