Further updates of Streif progress down at HCCAT.
Hailsham Community College is another project being delivered for East Sussex County Council with Streif working alongside Main Contractor Morgan Sindall Construction.
The 2700m2 building will be delivered in panel and cassette format on just 31 lorries, this includes all materials. This reduction in deliveries to site not only reduces carbon emissions which is a key driver for many local authorities at present but also massively reduces the impact on the local community/infrastructure when compared with traditional methods of construction.
It is anticipated that the Streif installation will take 15 weeks to from our start on site to handover of a weathered structure ready for fit out by the main contractor.
