With 2014 drawing to a close soon and all eyes turning to 2015 and a slowly recovering construction sector.  STREIF are pleased to see our programme for 2015 filling up rapidly with plenty of new projects on the horizon: Larch House a new dwelling in Brighton, Pearce Avenue a modern house in Poole and two new schools in East Sussex.

In this uncertain and competitive market we are now seeing many more architects, developers and Local Authorities turning to modern methods of construction due to the benefits off-site construction can provide, these include: cost/programme certainty and reduced build times (approx. 10-15 weeks over traditional construction methods), leading to a quicker return on investment to all parties. There are also a host of benefits to the end user the main one being the end product which is a high performance building constructed using the most sustainable of materials.

So understandably we are looking forward to an exciting and busy 2015.

From all at STREIF we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
