With the STREIF superstructure nearing completion at Wouldham All Saints CEP School and Baxall Construction now nearing the halfway point of the final fitout it seemed like the perfect time to hold an open morning on site for construction professionals and the wider design team to really explore first hand the benefits of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Organised by Baxall Construction in collaboration with STREIF UK the morning started with a guided walkthrough of the building and a small demonstration to give the 40 plus consultants in attendance a better understanding of how the STREIF closed panel system is installed on-site. Finishing up with presentations from the Senior Site Manager Ian Spink and STREIF UK Managing Director Bill Treves outlining the advantages of MMC to all stake holders within a project. We hope all in attendance gained a better understanding of the system and look forward to collaborating on future projects.
