Built in 2014 for a private client and designed by Morgan Carey Architects (technical design prepared by RB Studio), Slepe Farm is a large modern family home erected by STREIF in Arne, Dorset with views across to Corfe Castle.
The client’s brief included the need for improved sound proofing throughout the dwelling to meet the needs of family living. A simple fix using the STREIF system, all external and internal walls were double boarded to ensure a peaceful environment for all users. The 400 m² development which was finished externally in a selection of natural materials including timber cladding and flint giving a traditional feel to a very contemporary dwelling.
