Bill Treves
Bill has worked in the construction industry since 1983. He ran a successful building and development company in London until 2001, after which he established and led a low-energy building consultancy, reflecting his early commitment to sustainable construction.
In 2007, Bill joined Streif UK, initially as a part-time consultant before becoming a full-time director. He has played a pivotal role in introducing German offsite timber construction to the UK market and continues to work closely between the manufacturing facility in Germany and the UK-based design and project management teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient buildings.
Outside of work Bill enjoys cooking, travelling, hiking and lying down reading a book!

Tony Cameron
From a background in land surveying and site management, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked across all Streif projects since 2009.
A highly skilled professional, he has a keen eye for detail that is ideally suited to offsite manufactured building systems. Tony has been instrumental in driving the accuracy and quality of site processes, ensuring that projects are consistently delivered to the highest standard.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys playing golf, hiking, trig beacon/ level benchmark spotting, map reading and metal detecting.

Andrew Isaac
Andrew has been involved in the construction industry since a change of career in 2008, working for an architectural practice delivering residential + commercial projects and joined Streif in 2013.
Since 2019 Andrew has assumed the design responsibility for the Streif UK projects, coordinating between design teams, clients and our production facilities at the Streif GmbH factory. Alongside his colleagues Andrew has been an integral part of developing the Streif UK standards for design and manufacturing details.
Andrew is kept busy outside of work with lots of hobbies including 90’s cars, cycling, golf, exploring the South Downs, collecting music and playing retro video games.
Tom Weller

Tom Weller
Tom has worked in the construction industry since 2000, in the commercial sector before moving to a low-energy building consultancy in 2006. In 2012 he began working with Streif - initially as a Technical Consultant, then as a full-time Project Manager from 2019.
Tom has played a key role in developing and implementing technical, health & safety, and quality standards, including BOPAS and ISO 9001, while managing the delivery of the offsite-manufactured building system across a range of sectors.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys cycling, surfing, windsurfing, and spending as much time as possible at the beach.
Magda Kumala

Magda Kumala
Magda joined Streif UK in 2024 as a Project Manager. She brings over 10 years of interior design and project experience across a range of sectors, including residential, education, and commercial office design-and-build projects.
Her background includes extensive experience in planning, detailing, and feasibility studies, with a particular focus on bespoke joinery, fixed furniture, and interior fittings. Alongside her design expertise, Magda has produced detailed specification documents and schedules, supporting projects from initial concept through to overseeing installations on site.
Outside of work, Magda keeps active with everything from yoga to hiking and is a devoted cycling fan who never misses her annual Tour de France adventure, cheering on the peloton.

Will Makepeace
Will joined Streif in 2023 as a designer, his experience at university using numerous modelling programmes along with strong critical thinking skills make him well suited to the detailed design of the Streif system.
Will works closely with Client design teams to deliver the primary designers' vision, corresponding with our structural engineer and the factory production team at Streif GmbH to ensure the high quality of service Streif are known for is delivered across every project.
Jack Richardson

Jack Richardson
Jack began his career in construction in 2011 as an apprentice carpenter with a door and window servicing company.
From 2017, he worked as a subcontractor on Streif UK projects, specialising in the installation and repair of windows and doors. In 2023, Jack stepped into the role of Site Supervisor, becoming full-time in this position in 2025.
In his free time, Jack enjoys hiking through forests, spending time with friends, and playing board games.
Markus Scherb

Markus Scherb
With a career spanning more than two decades in carpentry, production, and technical management, Markus brings extensive hands-on and leadership experience to Streif. After completing an apprenticeship as a carpenter, he qualified as a master carpenter and later earned a degree as a business economist.
He has held senior management roles across carpentry workshops, a sawmill, and industrial production, including long-term leadership positions at Streif GmbH.
Since January 2024, he has served as Technical Managing Director of Streif GmbH and, since August 2024, as Director of Streif UK.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his dog and spending time with friends.
