Environmental assessment for new residential buildings, going above and beyond minimum Building Regulations standards.
Scope – Nine categories of sustainable design are covered by the CSH.
Rating – The CSH uses a 1-6 star rating system to show the overall sustainability of a dwelling.
Process – A three stage procedure covering Pre Assessment Stage, Design Stage Assesssment and Post Construction Stage Assessment.

Process – BREEAM has two assessment stages a Design Stage and a Post Construction stage.
